The service
ZPL em PDF (zplempdf.com) converts labels between ZPL, PDF, PNG and images, with in-browser processing. The service may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time, and we don't guarantee continuous availability.
Conversion happens on your device, so performance depends on it: very large files may take longer or not fit in the browser's memory, especially on phones.
Plans, billing and limits
The free plan carries a daily allowance of labels, counted in your own browser; there is no cap on file size or batch size. Each plan's current limits are described on the pricing page and may change — when they do, the change applies from the moment it is published there.
The Pro subscription is monthly, processed by Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. The currency is whichever one the pricing page quoted in the language you subscribed in — Brazilian reais in Portuguese, US dollars in English and in Spanish — and it is the same one your statement will show. The free plan never expires and never asks for a card.
Pro is not yet sold to people in the EU or the UK: selling a digital subscription to a consumer there requires a VAT registration this business does not hold, and we would rather decline the sale than charge a tax we do not remit. The attempt is refused before any payment is taken. The free plan is available everywhere, with no signup.
You cancel it yourself, from the billing portal inside your account, and it takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: there is no lock-in and no penalty. Until then the plan keeps working, and whatever you already downloaded is yours.
You have 7 calendar days from each charge to change your mind and have that charge refunded in full — the right of regret in art. 49 of Brazil's consumer code, which we apply to every subscriber, individual or company, renewals included. Write to support@zplempdf.com from the subscription's own email address; Stripe issues the refund to the original payment method. After those 7 days cancelling still takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund of the month in progress.
The account exists only to hold the subscription. Converting on the free plan still needs no signup.
Support
Support runs over email, at support@zplempdf.com. If you subscribe to Pro, we reply within one business day — Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays, Brasília time; anything that arrives over the weekend starts counting on Monday. Free-plan users get answered too, with no promised deadline.
Replying is not the same as fixing: the deadline guarantees someone on the other end, not a same-day fix. You also never need to send us labels to ask for help — describe the case, or cover the recipient's details in the screenshot.
On the Enterprise plan, the channel (WhatsApp and email) and the response times are whatever the contract sets out.
No warranties — check before printing at scale
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for maximum rendering fidelity, but printers, densities and ZPL commands vary: check the printed label (especially barcode scannability) before using the output in production or bulk shipments.
Under no circumstances are we liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from use of the service, including labels rejected by carriers or marketplaces.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to degrade its operation (for example, abusive automation against the site). The content of the labels you process is your responsibility — it never passes through us.
Trademarks and affiliation
ZPL and Zebra are trademarks of Zebra Technologies. Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Correios, Tiny/Olist and other cited brands belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them — mentions are purely descriptive, so you can find the guide for the platform you use.
