Five different sources, one format. Whatever emitted it, the bytes between ^XA and ^XZ are the same — drop the .zpl, .prn or .txt exactly as your system wrote it.

Formats and fidelity

We render ZPL II to a 1-bit bitmap the same way the printer does: no antialiasing, no grey. What you see on screen is what lands on the paper.

What we don't do yet

Proprietary fonts stored in the printer's memory are swapped for equivalents.
Hardware commands (calibration, cutter, sensors) are accepted and ignored — they don't change the image.
Thousands of labels in one drop can run into browser memory — split the file. That limit is the machine's, not the plan's.

Privacy and LGPD

A customer's address is not data to spread around

A shipping label carries your buyer's name, address and phone number. Because the conversion happens in your browser, that data never reaches us — there is nothing to leak, to store, or to ask us to delete.

Frequently asked questions.

Is it really free? Then where does the paid plan come in?

30 labels a day are free, with no watermark and no signup. There is a counter, and it is your browser's, not ours: it lives in your machine's localStorage and never reaches us — open the Network tab and check that nothing is sent. The paid plans exist for volume: Pro takes the day to 100 labels and Master removes the ceiling.

Do I need an account?

No. The free plan works with no signup and no email, and Pro does not ask for one up front either: you pay, and the account is created from the email on the payment, purely to hold the subscription. The contents of your labels still never leave the browser.

Can I cancel Pro whenever I want?

You can, from the billing portal inside your account. Billing is monthly, with no lock-in and no cancellation fee: Pro runs to the end of the month you already paid for, then the account drops back to the free plan with nothing you downloaded taken away. For 7 days after each charge you can still change your mind and get that charge back in full; after that there is no pro-rata refund of the month in progress.

I don't know what ZPL is. Is this still for me?

It is — and you don't need to know. If the file from the marketplace opens as a wall of strange code starting with ^XA, that's ZPL. Drop the file here and take the PDF.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, including with a file that arrived over WhatsApp. Tap the intake area, pick the file, then share or save the PDF.

Do I need a Zebra printer?

No. The PDF comes out at the right size for a 10×15 cm thermal label and prints on plain A4 too, if that's what you have. When printing, use 100% scale so the barcode stays scannable.

Can I turn a PDF back into ZPL?

Yes. Drop the PDF or a photo of the label and we hand back ZPL with the image dithered to 1-bit, ready to send to the printer.
