Do both work with Shopee and Mercado Livre labels?

Both do. The practical difference is the cap: 2 per day there on the free tier, versus no counter here. ZPL em PDF reads the size from the ZPL itself (^PW/^LL), so there's no preset to pick.

Does ZPL em PDF have a browser extension?

No — the extension is a genuine strength of ZPL2PDF. In exchange, the site works the same in any browser with nothing to install, and “Copy link” produces an address that reopens the label on any machine.
